Afternoon : Visit of the site of Ille Sur Têt Organs. Unique landscape with colorful reliefs that water has sculpted in clays and sands torn from the Pyrenean massifs and deposited in the Tet valley
Evening : «Taste and historical exploration around Catalan pastries»

Day 3

Morning : Guided tour of the solar oven of Mont-Louis. The world's first experimental solar furnace in the Mont-Louis Citadel, build by Vauban Fortifications inscribed on UNESCO’s World Heritage
Lunch at the restaurant
Afternoon : Visit of Villefranche de Conflent. Fortified city by Vauban listed as UNESCO world heritage. Visit and discover the Catalan Garnet factory in Prades, a magical world of traditional skills
Evening : Music Quiz

Day 4

Morning : Guided tour of the bay of Paulilles. Site valuing the memory of an industrial dynamite of NOBEL classified at the coastline conservation
Lunch at the restaurant
Afternoon : Visit and walk to the port of Collioure
Visit of the anchovy factory and tasting
Evening : « karaoke »

Day 5

Morning : Visit and tasting at the Sournia artisan jam factory, to discover amazing tastes
Lunch at the Moulin de Sournia
Afternoon : Guided tour of Sournia, the fountain, the church, our pretty little village in the Catalan hinterland
Dancing tea animated by Christian FONTAINE, singer and musician artist
Evening : « Between sky and sea »

Day 6

Morning : Visit a wine cellar to discover a diverse terroir and source of character located in the heart of Roussillon
Lunch at the restaurant
Afternoon : Visit the medieval village of Castelnou, labeled one of the most beautiful villages in France
Evening : "Meeting the Languedoc-Roussillon"

Day 7

Morning : Departure for Pas de la Casa in Andorra for a spectacular crossing of the Cerdagne plateau
Lunch at the restaurant
Afternoon : Free time

Departure after breakfast, distribution of packed lunches
